Levels, issues, actions, location, type & summary may be noted. Conditions reflect time of inspection only. Inaccessible or unsafe areas are not inspected (not accessible)

⚠️ We encourage you to read our Standards of Practice (SOP’s), scope, disclaimers & limitations. The SOPs outline the scope of the inspection, the areas reviewed & the limitations that apply. Radon Proposal
Radon Assessment & Mitigation:
Elevated radon levels have been identified. Radon is a naturally occurring gas that can enter a home through soil and foundation openings and may accumulate to unsafe concentrations over time.

Radon is not visible or detectable without proper testing. When elevated levels are present, mitigation is recommended to reduce indoor concentrations.

Action:
Retain a qualified radon specialist to further assess or mitigate as needed. This may include installation or adjustment of a radon mitigation system to reduce levels.

Note:
Non invasive inspection. Results are based on testing conditions at the time of measurement. Levels may vary.

Provides general radon level ranges for interpretation purposes. Values help indicate relative exposure risk & when further evaluation or mitigation may be considered. This is a reference guide only and not a substitute for certified testing.

Radon Baseline
Reviewed for presence, system type & overall condition where visible, including readings if available, fan operation & discharge routing. Accessible areas are checked for concerns. Inspection is limited to visible conditions without testing or monitoring.
